Requests for cancellations will only be considered if they are submitted within 12 hours of placing an order. However, please note that we will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests if the orders have already been communicated to our vendors/merchants/execution team and they have already initiated the shipping/working process.
Orders that fall under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be canceled.
We regret to inform you that no cancellations are allowed for products or services acquired through special occasions/events/offers arranged by the HELICOPTIC SOLUTIONS marketing team, such as Month-end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Halloweens, Christmas, New Year, etc. These offers/schemes are limited to specific occasions/events, and therefore cancellations are not feasible.
Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, even for cancellations made within 12 hours. However, the paid amount can be credited towards a future order within a period of 90 days.
Please be aware that HELICOPTIC SOLUTIONS cannot be held accountable for any deficiencies in service caused by third parties, including hosting, server, images, content writing, etc. Any coordination or liaison efforts on our part will be subject to the standard rate of the company.
