Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Helioptic Solution. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Returns and Exchanges

  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
  • Returns and exchanges can be processed directly through our website. Simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and processing your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We do not charge any extra cost for exchanges.
  • ₹ 100 reverse shipment charges are applicable for all returns and exchanges.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company cannot pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  • Reward points or store credits are not refundable and are only redeemable in our store.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
  • Cancellations will only be possible until the order has yet to be dispatched from our warehouse.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:
  • Please ensure that the items are securely packed to avoid any loss or damage during transportation. Please also make sure to include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must remain unused, with original tags attached, and packaging intact. Upon receipt of the product(s) within 48 hours, the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit (gift card), along with an additional INR 100 credited towards courier charges.

Defective or Damaged items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please initiate the return or exchange process as described above within three days of receiving your order.
  • Clear video evidence of the defect or damage is required to ensure eligibility for a return or exchange due to defect or damage. This video should comprehensively capture the issue with the item(s) received.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
  • ₹ 100 reverse shipment charges are applicable for all returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Item

• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
