This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services provided by Helicoptic Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
Due to the nature of digital services, software integrations, API setups, and marketing campaigns, most payments made to Helicoptic Solutions are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of project execution.
If a cancellation request is made before the project work has started:

For monthly or recurring services (e.g., WhatsApp API platform, marketing retainers):
Setup fees for WhatsApp API integration are strictly non-refundable.
Meta/WhatsApp conversation charges, BSP fees, or third-party platform fees are non-refundable.
If a WhatsApp number gets restricted or banned due to client policy violations, no refund will be issued.
Ad spend and service fees are non-refundable once campaign setup or optimization has begun. Refund requests based on performance expectations will not be entertained.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. Projects paused for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned without refund.
Refunds may be considered only if the company is unable to deliver, for duplicate payments, or billing technical errors.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days via the original payment method where possible.
